My Background
Welcome friend! My name is Karli, and I am a therapist with a background in somatic therapy and nutrition. My career has been dedicated to supporting individuals through their mental health journeys for over ten years.
My experience spans over community mental health, addiction recovery, and private practice, where I have cultivated a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. Having witnessed the profound impact of somatic practices on my clients my passion for somatics expands to workshops both for the workplace and self-paced online programs.
I wholeheartedly believe somatic intelligence is for every person. It’s transformative power has the ability to cultivate resilience in any community you are a part of. Healing occurs at the intersections of the mind AND body.
